Huge fan of this long-time Eastside company--one of the first and only staffing companies around to offer a transparent pay system. Wish they reached out more with new opportunities, but they're always easy to work with once we connect. After you're hired, they'll treat you/their employees (aka contractors) well by offering some benefits and practicing inclusion. That's a huge differentiation in my book, thank you Murphy!
Most of the other recruiting/staffing/consulting I have worked with in the last decade have had shady business practices. Not so with Murphy & Associates. They are completely transparent in their financial model and allow a consultant to part ways without non-compete clauses in place. I work with they every time I get the chance.
