Everything was clearly explained, there were no unnecessary upsells. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and mShop is definitely one of them. The M Shop is truly exceptional. They recently changed my wheels and repaired my tires, and once again reminded me why I’ve trusted them for years. They are honest, transparent, ethical, and their prices are very reasonable. I always feel comfortable with their work and trust their recommendations completely.
If you have a higher end car and need work on suspension, brakes, wheels, tires, exhaust, or anything else, this is the best shop in the area. I have worked with Pete for over 10 years, and he is incredibly knowledgeable and dependable. Zeyu is amazing as well, with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
After self-installing a set of King suspension on my Sprinter, I was really unhappy with the ride quality. After numerous appointments at Discount and Firestone, I brought the van to mShop on the recommendation of a close friend.
From the start, Pete and Li took the time to listen to my concerns, ask the right questions, and reassure me that they’d get to the bottom of it. Sure enough, after a full wheel re-balance, shock rebuild, and alignment, my Sprinter is once again a pleasure to drive.
