I’ve been to Mermaid three times for reapplication of extensions, color and cut. This last time, I wasn’t thrilled with placement of the extensions. I called and left a message and received a call back with the offer of two appointment options the next day. I went in feeling slightly embarrassed that I wasn’t happy, the stylists made me feel very welcome, made some changes and sent me out the door very happy. Great customer service!
The customer service and attention that is given at Mermaid makes you feel like a movie star!! Everyone who works there is a top notch stylist and the team works together to take care of everyone. My extensions look natural and I have NEVER received more compliments on my hair… it’s an investment, but one that is very well worth it!!
