Once I learned how detrimental deep tissue work is to the recovery aspect of a physical fitness program, I began visiting massage therapists all over, and found MHS to be the best!

I have been coming to mantra for 3 years. It is like a mini vacation She is very serious about her craft, very personable and listens to the client about the level of conversing, and pressure. She can do deep as well as a lighter level of pressure. combines Swedish, and Thai massage in her massages. If you are considering a change in therapists, or new in town, I encourage you to give her a try. You will be very glad that you did. She is truly a 5 star performer.
