The techs are all new so sad that Emily is now gone as well. She was amazing and did a fabulous job. She was the last of the original techs from when I started coming to this location 2 years ago. Looking for a new salon or to find where Emily is now. Hoping you try and get your original techs back the expierence they had is much needed at your salon.

Worst pedicure of my life. The guy doing it cut my nails unevenly. The paint job was messy. And the “massage” was basically nonexistent. He clearly didn’t want to be there. The manicure was not a manicure. All she did was paint my nails. They turned out pretty good, but there are some spots where there isn’t top coat (and bare nail on the side). I won’t be back

White most technicians are very skilled and lovely, the Kirkland manager/owner is very rude. I’ve been a consistent customer since they opened, and despite my loyalty and 25% gratuity for every service over 4 years, the manager yelled and was hostile when I gave feedback about one of my appointments’ time not being respected. The appointment was at 4:30 and it didn’t start until 5:30 causing me to be late for plans that evening. The owner/manager forcefully interrupted, raised her voice over mine, and repeatedly insisted that customers are not allowed to book mani/pedi with 2 technicians in parallel, and that those are against ‘policy’ despite said policy not...read full review
