Consider yourself lucky to be reading this review. I'm grateful I was fortunate enough to be referred to Karen. It's one thing to know that the energy in your nervous system influences tension in your facia, that the fascia create global pulls through the body, and that these pulls equally connect to the visceral organs as they do to your muscles and joints. It's another to intuitively tune into those energies and tensions and offer immediate relief. Karen has helped me release tension in my mid back by working the entire facial lines from the toes to the finger tips.
