While these staff have seemed friendly, and even though I specifically showed them the picture of the haircut I wanted, the lady doing my hair (the barber) took off too many inches. Would be great if anyone could recommend any hair products to increase volume + length in the meantime.

Better and cheaper than the Great Clips in Kenmore. Even though it was my first time there Not kept asking questions to make sure she was going to do the right thing before she cut.

My second time here. There was no wait time even though I had not made an appointment. Anna cut my hair. It was already short and I was contemplating something just a tad shorter, not wanting to go through two years of growing it out long again. Anna actually cut it the shortest I've ever had it in my entire life and it looks great. Anna is easy to talk to, very personable. She cut my hair quickly and very professionally. If allowed, next time I will make an appointment specifically with her instead of just showing up.
