About Gracie Barra Kirkland
Gracie Barra Kirkland offers martial arts instruction in jiu jitsu for both children and adults. Led by Head Instructor Joshua Bacallao, a black belt with extensive experience in wrestling, jiu jitsu, and MMA, the gym provides a supportive and welcoming environment for learners of all levels. The kids program caters to ages 3-14 with various classes throughout the week, while adults can choose from 21 weekly classes, including early morning sessions. My son was 6 years old when we first joined Gracie Barra Kirkland, and he has been training there for about a year now. The instructors and staff are very skilled, professional, friendly, and the facility is always clean and well organized.
Solange and Joshua are excellent coaches, along with their assistants, who are always attentive and supportive.
Today we participated in a parents-and-kids class, and it was an amazing experience. The kids were truly happy and excited to have the opportunity to train and enjoy a class together with their parents. It was great to see such a positive and welcoming environment.
