I do not know if they are going to actually serve us. Ive had four calls to get homecare set up. Done intake two times. Every call they ask if my husband agrees for homehealth services. It's now almost the end of the week & no one has scheduled anything. Im wondering if they actually have staff available to come to our home. He is suppose to get O/T, P/T, RN & bath aid. They appear to be quick to call to get things set up but lack on actually scheduling anything. Two days & 2 calls on stating they will call after there 2:30 meeting.

I’ve been having trouble finding Home Health. I called their line and asked them to check to make sure they had availability excepted my insurance. I did all this. They said yes no problem. I sent over my referral within in 20 minutes. I call back three days later cause they say it takes 2 to 3 days to approve my approval on my referral and now there’s no availability and not willing to work with me to try to get somebody out here just even for the day to help me with something that needed to be done immediately very unprofessional and they gave no options of where I could go to try to get help

I have never seen or e even heard of an agency with such poor communication, lack of compassion, coordination, or even giving the impression that they could care any less whether or not my wife lives through the week. I worked in home health from 2004 to 2023. I worked for some of the worst, some that have been shut down, and some of the best. My first terrible experience with Evergreen Health was in 2010, when one of my clients was assigned to them. They have not improved!

Kristine pushed my husband to slide board to the commode, which he told her he was too tired to do, and he had a BM in the process. I came home to poop smeared all over the commode, a chunk in the commode bowl and smeared poop on him. She did not even call to tell me, just left. Don't use this company! Zero stars

I just got out of 11 days in hospital. The hospital doctor had signed me up ahead of time and although evergreen could not promise quick service on short notice they were able to send somebody out the next day. The service itself with the first visit from PT was terrific. Friendly, very competent and timely. Part of what made this work was the hospital social worker.

I received great care from Cindi, one of the home care PT nurses. I'd read the accounts of scheduling difficulties etc, and so I was kind of nervous when my dr referred me to Evergreen, but I had no problems at all--I was scheduled quickly, and Cindi was both kind and professional. I would definitely refer people to Evergreen.

We called everyday for 5 days for my 91 yo mom after a hip break and skilled nursing. We brought her to our home and lucky thing or she would have no help toward recovery. It’s been 8 days got an assessment and waiting on phone calls from bath aide, occupational therapist and physical therapist. Can you imagine waiting this long for a bath aide? They generate a sense of help but it’s completely absent

My loved one was on both Evergreen home health and just was on Evergreen Hospice care services. I was truly impressed with the kindness and assistance that Evergreen hospice and home health care team assisted my family member! . They provided education and assistance when asked for services. Evergreen homecare took very good care of me after my surgery! I really appreciate them being there for me and helping me out when I needed it! Each physical therapist I saw was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic!

I was referred to EvergreenHealth Home Care for hospice care for my loved one. Contacting them was an easy process and they made all the arrangements within 2 days after learning of the urgency. The social worker came to assess the situation, went over the binder with all the information and contacts, and gave me the support I needed. The bed and all other equipment were delivered on a Wednesday after calling them Tuesday morning. Nurse Venus came over on Wednesday evening to familiarize me with the process - from medication to adjusting the bed, changing diapers, etc. She was very respectful and showed a lot of compassion, understanding and patience. I was a wreck and she walked me through what to expect and gave me all the contact numbers I may need. My loved one was only in hospice care for a day, but the care and compassion shown to me by nurse Venus and the staff at the office helped me through this most difficult time. Months after my loved one passed, they continue to send me materials on grief along with their program schedule for counseling. I highly recommend EvergreenHealth Home Care.
