The experience is great start to finish, and the manager is kind and generous through scheduling and rescheduling.
I had the pleasure of meeting Tatiana when she was working in Bothell for a day. I received the most thorough wax I have ever had. Along with this, she was so personable, kind, and fun to talk with. I have never experienced a wax like I have with Tatiana and I appreciated her attention to detail, while also balancing my needs such as checking in with my pain level applying pressure. She is a gem of a waxer and I would recommend her to anyone.
