We recently had our roof replaced, and it was the first major contract my family hired out for aside from buying our home. We received a few bids, but we knew we wanted to go with Eugene after he took the time to honestly answer all of our questions. We first heard about him through a recommendation from a work colleague, and we are so grateful for it. He was communicative, straightforward, and clear in explaining the basics, including what to expect, the estimated timeline, and he even sent progress pictures throughout the project. We had diamond roofing redo our roof last March. I decided to wait for a bit before the review. I have to say everything held up and works great so far a year later. Working with Eugene was really pleasant. He was always prompt on returning our text initially upon inquiry. He's also very communicative during the installation - sharing photos of progress and work with us on any questions we may have. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
My roof had water damage and rot due to a poor install 19 years ago. Diamond installed a new roof and gutters, repaired all areas and installed quality materials. Issues came up that were in the grey area of who was responsible even after the install was complete, and they repaired without question. Great people and company.
