I’ve been using their service since March 19 for clothing dry cleaning about on a weekly basis and alterations on occasion.I’ve never had any issues until last Friday April 29, where the attendant handed out 5 instead of 7 items. I asked for my 2 other items but she insisted 5 was all I got, got agitated, even crumbled my receipt, threw it away blaming me for using an old receipt.I kept asking her to find my 2 other item and sure enough she found it. But then she asked me to check every item I just dropped off in a manner to ensure I will not forget what I dropped.So I came back on 5/3 to pick them up and she labelled my sweater as a jacket. Staff here are kind and helpful always. They go out of their way to look for things when you forget your ticket. They do SO much business and yet still always take care of everyone.They even recycle hangers if you bring them back.

Broke my wedding dress, it's fairly simple, think white prom dress. But it had a small strip of embellishments on the waist that are now all broken. Charged me $130 and told me I was lucky they didn't throw it away because I was late picking it up. Do not recommend
