My husband developed neck spasms that got worse over the course of several hours, to the point where he barely could move at all. One minor wrong movement, and he would go into painful spasms - pain that was 8-9 out of 10. He tried to sleep it off, but the pain was just as bad the next day. I could see results within the first couple of weeks with Chirodynamic. I have tried other treatments ( physical therapy, massage and acupuncture) for almost 15 years. The stretches he prescribes truely work and I see a lot of improvement in the overall mobility.
