I like the doctors but the staff has no follow through. I had issues getting my trial contacts ordered. Then I had to call three different times to get them to fax my glasses prescription until I finally just had them email it to me. Then they were going to try and order another pair of contacts for me. I called about them finally after several weeks. None of them knew what was going on and I ended up getting hung up on. I recommend the doctors but they will lose business with that staff.

I was overdue for my eye exam and a little anxious going in. The 2 ladies that work in the front are so friendly and helpful they made my appointment fun while being efficient and thorough. It was my first time seeing Dr. Cindy Hung and she couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made my visit quick and easy. I highly recommend them!

I've been going to Dr. Dolgoff's office since.. about as long as I can remember visiting an optometrist and not wishing to forget the experience. I'd say since the early 2000's I've gone to Brian Dolgoff for most of my check-ups and evaluations. The times I didn't I was working out of town. I went in today (3/17/22) and was lined up to have my exam with OD. James Santoro. I arrived earlier than I expected (about 40 minutes or so) and the staff accommodated me as best they could and got me in early. It was a very easy, seamless, and enjoyable visit. They even sent me away with a sample pair of my contacts which is awesome. That almost entirely pays for the visit...read full review
