We are so grateful for the exceptional care we received at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Kirkland. From the moment we walked in, everyone at the front desk was kind, compassionate, and efficient during a very stressful time. The communication throughout our visit was outstanding — clear, timely, and reassuring. The doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure all of our questions were answered, which gave us so much peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team for your prompt care, professionalism, and genuine concern for both pets and their people. We truly appreciate you.

We had an amazing experience at BluePearl in Kirkland. My pup, Ruthie, recently had surgery for a salivary mucocele, and she has recovered beautifully over the last couple of weeks.
BluePearl was actually the most reasonable and affordable specialist clinic I contacted. They were the only place I called that didn’t insist she needed a CT scan upfront, which other clinics quoted anywhere from $3,000–$5,000 for. I’ve seen reviews saying BluePearl is expensive, but in our case, it was quite the opposite. They gave us the lowest quote for Ruthie’s situation while providing the absolute best care possible.
The staff has been incredibly communicative, supportive, and reassuring throughout the entire process, and the fact that they are open 24/7 is such a comfort.
Dr. Vince performed Ruthie’s surgery, and I’ve seen him personally during her follow-up appointments for drain removal and stitch removal. He has kept me informed every step of the way and has a way of making you feel completely at ease, like everything is going to be okay.
We are so grateful for the amazing care Ruthie received here. Hopefully we won’t need to return anytime soon, but if we ever do, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. Thank you to the wonderful staff at BluePearl. We appreciate you all so much!

I ended up taking my little 6lbs Pixie because she was vomiting blood in the middle of the night. The hospital approached her with utmost care. Did the necessary procedures, communicated the findings clearly and discussed the best alternatives for care. In most veterinary clinics, I am not sure whether I am being asked to do extra tests. This is maybe the first place I had the confidence that I was not being ripped. So thank you, BluePearl Pet Hospital stuff for taking care of Pixie.

We had an excellent appt with the gastroenterologist , Dr Hurrell. Our kitten had been having diarrhea issues since we got him, for 6 long months. We did resolve it on our own but had a lot of questions that needed addressing. The doctor addressed our concerns and then some, and put a plan in place for us to manage the kitten's issues. And the cost was not excessive for the 30-40 consultation; on par with a simple vet visit. Thank you Blue Pearl

Overall, my experience with BluePearl left me deeply uncomfortable with the level of care and communication provided, and I am sharing this review as a warning to pet owners expecting thorough and compassionate emergency treatment.
I brought my cat, Monty, to BluePearl Emergency on 12/17/25 after his health had been steadily declining. He was experiencing severe diarrhea, vomiting, and increasing lethargy. We had seen other veterinarians in the weeks prior, but as his condition worsened, we felt emergency care was necessary.
After waiting approximately six hours to see a veterinarian, Monty was admitted for overnight care. I was told he would receive bloodwork, an ultrasound, and a consultation with internal medicine. Throughout 12/18, I had to repeatedly reach out for updates, as none were proactively provided. I did not receive any meaningful information until 5:30 PM, when Dr. Meghan Feeney called.
During that call, it was apparent that Monty’s medical history had not been thoroughly reviewed. Dr. Feeney was unable to clearly explain which tests had been completed or their results, and despite what I had been told, no internal medicine consultation had occurred. I expressed serious concerns about Monty’s continued decline, yet I was told he could be discharged that evening and that more information about his medications would be provided at pickup.
Given my growing concerns, I went directly to the hospital. Despite being told Monty would be ready at 7:00 PM, I waited over two additional hours to pick him up. I was not given clear instructions regarding his medications, and I was told that his discharge notes would be sent later because Dr. Feeney was an intern and her notes required sign-off by another veterinarian.
The discharge notes were not sent that night. I had to follow up the next morning, and I also had to push to speak with a veterinary technician just to understand which medications to give, when to administer them, and how to care for Monty at home.
Unfortunately, Monty continued to decline and had to be taken to another veterinary clinic the very next day, where he finally received appropriate care. He had lost a significant amount of weight during his stay at BluePearl, leading me to question whether he was adequately fed while hospitalized.
I was left with a bill of over $3,500 and a cat in worse condition than when I brought him in. This facility appears to be severely over capacity and unable to provide the level of attention and care that critically ill animals require.
Prior to posting this review, I contacted the client services manager to express my concerns. No resolution or meaningful response was offered.
I strongly recommend that pet owners seek emergency care elsewhere
