Just had our annual maintenance visit. Taylor was very thorough and reviewed with us what he checked and full run down of the status of our heater and heat pump.

Coal was extremely efficient and service was excellent!

This company does sloppy work. They put in a furnace.they also installed, an electronic Aircleaner then they didn’t register the warranty which today cost me $1,500. They installed it upside down. They don’t return phone calls and lastly I am still waiting for them to get back to me on fixing my air cleaner (it has been a week) while BASSET already installed it. Basset is my NEW heating and air company. Basset is Reliable, honest and reasonable
