I cannot be more thankful to have Adam Smith from Blacklion helped me to pick out what is best for my house. He is super responsive and get his guys in for installation in a very short period of time. When something goes wrong, Adam Smith can send his guys either same day or next day to fix the issue. That’s why I have no problem have blacklion to do a big project for me, from furnace to a/c and even electrical panel. Front desk is also very responsive on picking up calls and schedule the team to come out. Price is very reasonable and I am very lucky to find them. 5 stars all the way.
Just had my annual HVAC testing and cleaning. Brad did a very thorough job, was pleasant and efficient, and I was impressed with his effort and communication.
