Have been a patient here for several years now. The office staff are all efficient and overall outstanding. I love Dr La and his assistant Anna. They take very good care of my eyes & explain, discuss and answer any questions in layman's terms. Stress free process & my insurance covers everything but the co-pay.

Today, I stopped in (unannounced) and was flabbergasted at the tremendous service I got. I doubted a recent Rx from a nearby optometrist so they ran those new glasses through a Lensometer. They found some small inconsistencies with their own findings from an exam a few weeks ago, and offered a mock-up pair of glasses using THEIR own Rx. Not only that, Dr. Shen came to the waiting area to experiment with the mock-up glasses. She LISTENED to me, considered my needs, my recently purchased glasses (from the other optometrist), and even my height to let ME decide on a path. I ended up getting a new Rx with bifocals. Dr. Shen is a very experienced doctor. She is very patient to answer all my questions. I have my after catracter surgery check up and got a new pair of glasses. Friendly staff and quality service.
