I had such a great experience with AK Towing! I got a flat tire late at night and called a few towing companies — they were the first to respond and immediately put me at ease. Corey was kind and thoughtful, checking to make sure I was safe while arranging help. Within an hour, Ivan arrived and was just as professional and friendly. From start to finish, they went above and beyond. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Ivan is an absolute life saver. I tried changing out the tire myself on an incline in a downpour. The cheap pack-in jack the car came with slipped on the wet concrete and dropped the car on my arm and left the car in a precarious position resting on the rotor. Called AK and Ivan got there quickly and managed to get the car up on the jack despite the rain, incline and very tricky positioning. Can't praise him enough and I'll be going to AK if I ever need service like that again.
