Pure Water Northwest is on top of things. They are responsive, proactive, and provide great customer service. They gave me options for outside or inside installation and treated me like a priority. The guys who came over to do the water filter installation were very respectful and friendly, and they showed up right on time and got the job done in a reasonable timeframe. I'm happy with my whole house water filter.
Experienced and very professional crew.. Matt did an efficient, thoughtful job installing a new, complex waterfiltration system in a small space. Next day, Scott found and fixed a troublesome water leak on the property. Would hire both again. Cyd did a thorough analysis of the project prior to beginning. Would recommend them without hesitation. ☺️
