The tech, John, went out of the way to provide the best service while repairing our entry door. I'm new to these types of doors and John spent extra time explaining the system to me and what needs repaired during another visit. John got my door up and running quickly and safely. I highly recommend John and Vortex Doors. It is a high quality, very professional, and friendly company. Vortex doors is now my go to door repair company.
I am a Facilities Manager for a school. I call vortex when I am having issues with lock bar mechanisms. Jorge and Mario arrive on time and are friendly. They resolve the issues professionally and provide a lot of communication. I typically ask for them when I have a service call.
