Reviews
I work at an elementary school, so for student safety, prompt addressing of mechanical issues is extremely important. After a crucial door failed to lock, Vortex was able to send someone less than 24 hours after the issue became apparent. The repairman, Cory, was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the issue, going through many redundancies to make sure the repair would consistently work. Our staff can breathe a lot easier now!
Great to work with. Extremely professional and knowledgable. I enjoyed the attitudes of and communication with the 4 technicians we worked with (Bryant, Joe, Brandon, and Josh). Job was done quickly.
