Absolutely have used them for over 25 years, always an easy interface. I believe the real test comes when the problem is difficult and the solution does not work. Deena in the office worked hard to bring expertise and the visits necessary to solve a stubborn ant problem. The take away fir me was they remained committed to being sure the problem was fixed and I the attitude was positive and caring.
These guys are fantastic! I had an ant problem in a rental house , the tenant was difficult to deal with but David explained in detail what the process would be. The tenant was able to call UPS directly with any questions and they were all addressed. Great job David and UPS !
