The office is clean, busy, and always on time with appointments, i would say. ?
Great front desk at check in everyone, I recommend calling your insurance to avoid issues as they don't always verify or know all the insurance.
One time, I had to pay more as they didn't check coverage or referrals needed. ?
Massage therapist rescheduled an appointment often at Pearson, but I would rather that then have them working sick and then I get sick. Evergreen massage near costco is better in regards to reliability, and they want your business because they are just a massage.
Wonderful staff!! I see Christian for acupuncture and she is phenomenal!! Christian is knowledgeable, kind and so friendly!! She has helped me get relief from decades of back pain! I highly recommend her!
Pearson Chiropractic has seen my son for adjustments and sport injuries and they always get him to 100. I pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder this morning and could not move. I called in first thing in the morning and they had me schedule to be seen with in the hour of my call. I my self was a new patient so I filled out all the paperwork , got into the system and then back to a private room to discuss my symptoms. After the initial intake I saw Dr. Pearson shortly after. We discussed the injury and then went to adjustment room ( mind you I’m in severe pain) this adjustment did not bring on any additional pain but allowed me to actually get more range of motion.
