Very disappointing experience. The haircut was done poorly — the stylist did not listen to what I asked for at all and clearly lacked any sense of style or aesthetics. Would not recommend.

The tips is up to us, you can't say 18%. I understand everyone need to make extra cash. Good service and reputation of the business never begging or by telling us to give 18% tips. The tips start from 15% not from 18%-20%.

I told him I want purple, he said yes. My hair turned out blue.
He argues with me that this is purple??????? Then he said he wanted to dye my hair blue from the beginning.
Like dude why don’t you tell me from the beginning you are not listening to me and doing blue? So I can just walk out of the door?????? Ewwww
