Good experience and dependable deliveries to my place of work. Everyone there has been helpful and nice. My sales representative Vince has been great! Have been working with him for close to 10 years.
For a retail customer like myself the folks at Motor Oil Supply went above and beyond to help me out. Being the only ones with Redline lubricants in stock and at a FAR lower price than online retailers I would happily purchase from here again.
When I first called, one of the accounting ladies answered the phone and instead of pushing me off or putting me on hold she ensured I got a call back less than an hour later to get my product specific questions answered. Steve especially took time out of his day to accommodate for my busy schedule and get me what I needed. Called to ask if they had Redline oil. Yep. Had what I needed in stock and put an order in. Drove down shortly after the call to get my stuff. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great prices and in stock materials. What's to complain about? Thank you, Frank! Happy to support a local business in tough times.
