Fast service! But 180$ for a 5min job getting my car door open is just too high personally.(was going to charge 240$!?) I'd be more understanding of the price if it took some effort to get the car open but it took him one try literally 5min tops. I will say no damage was done to the car so can't complain there.

Over all service is 8/10 really nice guy unfortunately the price was a little to much to open a car door. Unfortunately I was locked out of my car with the keys insider and needed someone to open it. When i looked up a lock smith I seen that they were in the area and we're fast when I called I was told it was $39.00 for them to come out which wasn't a problem. Over all I was looking to spend at most was $100.00 But after it only took him a total of 11 minutes to come out and another 3 minutes to open my door. When he got to my home to unlock my car door the whole total came out to $189.00 of course right then and there I stopped and told him I didn't have the money of course being a nice guy he dropped it down to $149.00 it still seemed a little to high. From the reviews I read someone paid at most was $79-80 bucks which seemed right since the first time I called a lock smith it was only $80 for them to do the job. unfortunately i will never use there services again due to the high prices but over all they do have great customer service.

Our safe lost its battery and the emergency key went missing. They were very helpful and came almost immediately and helped us out from 12am - 1am in the morning. They managed to break through the safe and helped out so we didn't miss our flight the next day!
