Had my truck break down right in front of this shop late night. Gave them a call and in minutes two gentleman came out gave me a quote for the tow and got to work. Seemed pretty low, for a commercial vehicle, nevertheless I agreed right away and signed papers. The next day I called ready to have a mechanic look at my truck. Spoke with the lady in the office and she gave me a completely different price than what I agreed on previously 😐. The whole ordeal was a bit of a headache. There was a substantial change in price after services were completed. Still way cheaper than most places. Had no choice but to agree with the new charges. They were kind on the phone when we called during after hours. They however are very bad at communicating their fees and charges, and any of their stipulations or requirements for removing a vehicle from their yard. Their professionalism while ok leave MUCH to be desired, they hand over a bunch of paperwork and when you attempt to read the pages to figure out what your signing the office attendant gets annoyed and tells you where to sign as though you are an idiot. While they have done nothing but their job the attitude they have while do it is just bad.
4 stars for the really nice receptionist who gave me extra info to avoid my situation from occurring again as well as the fella who answered the phone and popped out to check on me while I jumped my car. Taking off one star because one of the yard workers was unnecessarily rude when opening the gate to let me back to my car. My fiancé was with me and ready to help jump it, but the worker said “she’s the only one allowed back”. No offer to help either, just vaguely gestured at where my car was parked. We also didn’t know that rule so there was a nicer way to say it. Thanks for making a stressful situation worse bro. But shouts out to the other two employees mentioned.
