I called in hoping to get help with a rodent problem in my home and was lucky to speak with a kind-hearted young lady named Esther. She was so patient and took the time to answer all my questions. What touched me most was how she spoke to me with respect and care. She even told me about rebates I might qualify for, which I had no idea about.
As a 73-year-old living on a fixed income, it meant the world to feel like someone actually cared. Esther gave me hope, and for that, I’m truly thankful.
