The staff were very friendly and excellent communication when the appointment needed to be moved. Stormy was wonderful and knowledgeable in my problem areas of my back. I felt a lot more relaxed afterwards and will definitely be returning again. Thank you!

I love coming here every time I get so relax and relief from all my stress and muscle pains . Mary is an amazing therapist and I’ll definitely continue to visit elements every time I get a chance.

The staff are always warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy. I've only been a member for 4 months and all the therapists have been great but I had an excellent massage session with Maggie today! I'm looking forward to when you start working weekends again.
