A family-owned business. Doug has been performing the yearly maintenance of my furnace & ac units for years. He is skilled, reliable, & reasonably priced. While my neighbors were paying thousands more, East Hill was very reasonable. Most of all, Doug is honest! There were times he found other solutions that saved me from unnecessary expense. His wife Kristie runs the office & is the nicest person. She takes care of scheduling & even calls & lets me know when Doug is on his way. Doug replaced my gas furnace & completed it in several hours & left the area very clean! When my ac unit is due to be replaced, I would entrust them to Doug!

Highly recommend! It’s so nice to work with a small company that really cares about customer service, so easy to work with, are honest and not trying to find things to up charge you for. Doug knows his business, had several options for what I needed and suggestions that could help also, I really liked that I felt it was a discussion and not trying to hard sell anything. The work was done quickly and pricing was reasonable. Thank you Doug and Christy! I have to mention, I’ve had several repair jobs done on my house lately and they were the only company that did not request an on-line positive review, this is totally unsolicited
