Highly recommend! It’s so nice to work with a small company that really cares about customer service, so easy to work with, are honest and not trying to find things to up charge you for. Doug knows his business, had several options for what I needed and suggestions that could help also, I really liked that I felt it was a discussion and not trying to hard sell anything. I have to mention, I’ve had several repair jobs done on my house lately and they were the only company that did not request an on-line positive review, this is totally unsolicited
First and foremost they did what they said they were going to do on time and they did a great job and their service was excellent and their price was excellent out of 5 estimates I picked them and I'm super happy
Doug and Christy are a fantastic team and the epitome of first class service. Back in Jan 2025, my 20-year old Bryant furnace failed due to bad heat exchangers and Doug was able to drop by the same day to diagnose the issue on the spot. Fast forward to June 2025 and my Bryant A/C wasn't cooling properly - Christy and Doug called me on a Sunday to make sure I was okay and then out Monday to diagnose and fix the issue (which was a loose wire, simple fix) within 10 minutes. I previously lived in a different state and have dealt with numerous HVAC companies. They are hands down the best in terms of service quality and price.
