Jim and Kate are my personal Jesus'. About a year ago I found myself particularly screwed, in a very unique way. I run a small record label and had a storage unit where I store my stock (records, shirts, posters, etc) located in the same building where I live. Another tenant got evicted and had a storage unit next to mine. Well the staff mixed up the units, cleaned out my unit instead, throwing thousands of dollars worth of stock into a dump truck. After much back and forth with the management and quickly realizing they weren't going to do the right thing (even after 100% admitting they were at fault!) I knew I need to seek legal support. Jim was kind, direct, and confident that we would get me compensated in full. And boy did he! They not only got me every cent back in terms of worth of damage, they kept me in the loop as far as progress on the case. And didn't let me settle for less than what I was entitled to. Seriously, I would have been so screwed, so so screwed unless I met Jim and Kate. I will be singing their name to anyone that I know that will need legal help. They are truly the best. Thank you guys!
