Cameron from DAVIS DOOR performed emergency repairs on our garage gate (Condominium garage) on a hot SUN evening, showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the malfunction and had it functioning quickly. Highly recommend.

The first time I used them they came that afternoon and the bill was half of what was quoted from our regular vendor who told us it'll be 10 days before they could come out to fix our gate. Never used anyone else since and been recommending them to everyone else in our company to fix/manage their gates.

Our tech (Eric?) called when he was 5 minutes out and called with updates as he worked. He didn't have the part needed on hand but thought he knew a place that might and showed back up with what he needed. After waiting 3 months for backordered parts prior to this call I could've kissed him! He even went the extra mile and lubed the chain and rollers, even though we'd had another company out a few days prior, and talked me through everything he was currently doing and things he'd done and then tested everything before closing up. Definitely putting in a good word with my higher ups to see if we can have him be our service guy forever!
