Balloon Love did an amazing job proving balloon towers and balloon bouquets for our event on Saturday. It was great to work with AJ during the planning process as well. He provided many great ideas and he was always easy to get ahold of. If I need balloons in the future I will definitely be reaching out!
We live in Boston and ordered balloons for our college son in Seattle late in the day. The owner was incredibly responsive. Giving him only 2 hours to deliver to our sons work, we had to change the destination after he arrived there to an address 20 minutes away. No questions asked - balloons were delivered to my son within 30 minutes. Customer service like that basically doesn't exist. Kudos to the owner and his organization.
