Dan was awesome to work with! Amazing communication, extremely informative, and helpful guiding us through the whole process. We reached out due to hearing some scratching and chewing under our vent (from rats). After Dan did the complimentary thorough inspection of our crawl space and attic, we learned that our house is not in the shape we want it to be in. Dan helped us feel confident in making this decision that will help our home last while we establish our growing family here for years to come.
