They seem fair, busy, and not too crazy. The location is better to walk into or bus as opposed to driving. Across from the Hong Kong market on central if you have to wait. Prices are reasonably priced for men.
Easy location to find, didn’t had waited to long. The haircut was a decent nothing special. I had better experiences at other places. They will ask for tip , if you say no they will say why not. For that reason I’m not going back, they shouldn’t be asking customers for tip. If you believe the price is too low then adjust it accordingly to your cost. But putting customer to shame while others are around is not a good moral.
