Extremely helpful. Had a breaker trip and couldn't diagnose it myself. Called to try and get a technician same day. They couldn't support me as the whole crew was on a high priority job. I got a call back and the boss tried to talk me through the trouble shooting process over the phone and said if I needed he could possibly get some guys to help me on the weekend. Wire-Tech went above and beyond even though they couldn't help me at the time. If I ever need any help with electric I will surely call them again.

Was recommended Wire-Tech for a breaker box replacement. They were quick to get the ball rolling and setup an appointment. Their tech showed up at the time promised. After doing his function tests, it was determined that everything was working as it should. Here is the part I love about companies like this one. They didn’t try to pull any tricks and make a quick buck. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They were just straightforward and honest. There’s some that would try and replace the functioning part with a new one. But the tech showed me everything was all good. Really grateful and impressed with this company!
