This was best experience I have ever had getting new glasses. Ciara was very positive and polite. She stop what she was working on & helped me right away. She was very knowledgeable about insurance coverage right away. Help select a nice frame. Her positive attitude never changed. I broke the temple arm on my glasses. I stopped in at several places to see if they could be fixed and all they wanted to do is sell me new frames. I was at FM and decided to go into Vista and ask them. The Lady there fixed me up at no charge. I was impressed so I decided to go ahead and make an appointment for eye exam and will get a new pair of glasses since it’s been a while since last exam
