Tri-Cities Community Health (TCCH) is a well-established health center serving the Tri-Cities area. Founded in 1981, it provides a wide range of services including medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and vision care. TCCH is committed to serving everyone in the community, regardless of their insurance status or financial situation. They offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. Patients have praised the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at TCCH, particularly at the Clearwater clinic. The clinic is described as clean and well-lit, with a polite and helpful staff. Many patients have expressed satisfaction with the quality of care provided by the doctors. However, some patients have raised concerns about scheduling issues at the Pasco location, reporting instances of appointments being rescheduled and patients being sent back to Pasco, causing inconvenience and additional expenses. They suggest that TCCH address these scheduling problems to improve the patient experience.
I came here because I was super weak and I had a really bad ED I didn’t eat for two weeks and I was passing out and I need my vitals checked and I got the nicest sweetest lady ever she treated me like I was her own daughter she was super gentle and nice to me I told her I had a fear of needles and she made sure I didn’t look at anything and she kept comforting me the whole time :) I wish I could remember her name but if you remember me thank you so much for everything I was really struggling with my anxiety and depression I was at my lowest in life and you helped me a lot .

A special thank you to Rachel Carter, APRN, for taking her time to listen, answer every question, and treat me with such kindness — I never felt rushed. The same goes for Dustin Carlson, DNP, who makes me feel seen, respected, and like I matter at every visit.
Dr. Cheryl Hipolito was amazing during a moment of deep vulnerability, and I want to especially thank the urgent care nurses, who went above and beyond to help me through a panic attack while under their care. Their compassion meant the world to me.

I had an amazing experience today at TCCH, I came in as a walk-in dental patient and was seen within 3 hours. I got the treatment that I needed in the same day and had exceptional hospitality from the receptionist, to the nurse and finally the doctor. I will be returning for more care here and other services.
