Sweet Pea Imagery 3D/4D Ultrasound offers a great experience with wonderful customer service. The Kennewick office is warm, welcoming, and intimate. Clients appreciate the digital files provided quickly, and the spacious atmosphere allows for large groups to share the experience. The staff is described as warm and helpful, making it a comforting place for expectant parents.
While I have a history of great experiences working with Sweet Pea in Kennewick, I’ve grown disappointed recently. I’ve tried for weeks to reach someone and calls, social media messages, and emails go unanswered. Perhaps with their remodel they have also changed contact info and not updated their website and Google. I’m not sure. I hope to get someone at Sweet Peas attention so we can talk and I’d happily adjust my review.

Alisha with the Kennewick office is absolutely amazing! This was a great experience, we’ve used her services for both our children, each one a great experience with great customer service. Would definitely recommend you won’t regret it.
You cannot say enough good things about this place. I am a first time mom and as you may know ultrasounds at the hospital are almost silent and they don’t say much. This gave us an opportunity to see our peanut in private with someone who cares. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and really wants you to see everything with your baby! We have a little stinker baby who gives so many problems with ultrasounds and 3D. She has gone above and beyond to help us get photos and visuals of our baby.
