Usually never have had an issue coming into this Sephora but tonight was different. I came in to return two products that didn’t work out for me. One of them I wanted and still want an even exchange for it, it’s the same product just different shade. It’s been only two days since I got it so I’m just looking for an even exchange.

I had a lady today at the cash register keep touching the nozzle of the product I bought while she was ringing me up. It was a facial product and touching the nozzle was very unsanitary. She may have been doing that without thinking, but I urge management to tell their employees to pay attention to what they’re doing, especially for sanitation reasons. There are plenty of skin diseases that can be passed on, as well as COVID and the flu.

I love the store and usually the staff is very helpful but today was different. I was looking at a product to buy and the associate who was helping another customer came up to the same products as me, which usually isn’t a problem at all. But the associate almost literally pushed me out of the way to sell products to the customer she was helping. I politely moved out of the way a little, but then the associate came into my personal space even more to grab over me. I honestly am never bothered by moving for others, but I couldn’t even look at what I came into the store for.
