we had a sediment problem from our well that plugged our cold water line in several places, thanks to JOEL, and his helper he was able to track them down and solve the problem. we're very happy with the work. I highly recommend them..
We had a catastrophic plumbing issue!! A very confident, calm employee came to our rescue! He thought he was repairing/replacing two faucets... our days went downhill before they could get here- the guy “Sean” or Juan” sorry! Replaced ThREE fixtures and repaired one in about two hours! Thank you so much to Kevin. You came to my house to replace a gas water heater but instead, you noticed that the one I had was in good condition and took the time to replace the suspicious part. You could have come to my house and replaced and billed me, no questions asked because that's what I ordered and instead you replaced a part that was less than $200.00. Thank you so much for your honesty ..and for taking the time to explain things to me. I also want to thank Hillary for answering my questions and not giving me the run around on pricing and services like so many other places did.
