The Ready Go team competed a large (15) window replacement project (supported by the Benton REA Energy Update Program), and installed 3 new windows in our 1984 West Richland home. The bid was competitive, and the customer service throughout the process was outstanding. Old windows were removed with care and the replacements were installed with attention to the details. The new windows were framed and installed appropriately. The team also completed the drywall replacement, re-texturing, and raw trim to match the existing elements. Great outcome, great team. Looking forward to working with this team on the next project.
Sam and his crew did a great job replacing our windows. He and his crew were very professional and always on time. They were even able to install the windows sooner than expected. We were able to get a quote from Sam within a week of contacting him. His prices for both materials and labor were fair and after ordering the windows, he communicated to us frequently about our delivery dates (which I VERY MUCH appreciated).
The entire job was complete within 3 days. The crew was respectful, courteous, communicated as needed and cleaned up after themselves as they went (again, VERY MUCH appreciated!)
