Ron Wolfe is an absolute rock star. He is he best tech Pointe has to offer. He comes out 4X a year and there is not an ant, mole, wasps nest in sight. If one does appear between visits. Pointe will return for free. We have been under contract with Pointe for a decade. Outstanding Pest Control.
I have year round service the exterior of my home is serviced ever 3 months so far so good not a bug in sight. I received a text last night that my home would be serviced today between 7am and 8am. At 805am I received a text that the job was completed thank you very much. Great job.
The folks were great to work with very professional and got here same day. Got to love that. Good about informing me on what they recommend and gave me different options for service schedule. Thanks again for everything!
