I am torn. Went with a friend to get pedicures. Hers appeared to go great and nearly 2 weeks later is still looking decent. However, mine was somehow chipped by the time I walked out the door, one nail nearly bare of polish a couple days later. I also didn't get the type of service I'd ordered, but I'll leave that story for another day. My friend wants to try them again, but I can't say I'm overly eager to.

I won't be returning they were so aggressive with taking off my nails for a new fresh set. He tore both of my thumb nails on the sides. But then again he 2as doing it all hard. And once he put the nails and starting g doi g them the lady moved him and she started dping them . She was very fast and unprofessional. She was in her phone the whole time plus made me felt like she wanted me out of there doing the nails all quick. Won't be returning g plus how much they charge me yeah no thank you.

Kim does great. I am one that doesn't know half the time what I'm getting, and on a time crunch half the time and am always a walk in. Yet she does a good job in a timely manner!
