Valentin went above and beyond helping me prep my rental property. He (and team) are extremely detail oriented and without me even requesting it, he returned a few times to do touch ups and perfect his work. He definitely takes pride in his work and you can tell it’s not just about making a buck. He even helped me edge a ceiling without charge in an area not included in the quote. I thought I could do it myself, but next time I’m leaving it ALL to the them. As a woman coordinating repairs and upgrades on my home(s), you sometimes encounter contractors who don’t take you seriously or even worse… try to charge you more. I do my research and knew immediately that Valentin’s pricing was more than fair. He is also a kind and engaging person to work with. For reference, my home is on Canyon St in Richland and he completed the job in May 2022. Highly recommend!!!
