First visit and a wonderful first impression!! Very friendly people who not only did an amazing job on the cut, but started talking about hobbies and fishing spots. Treated me as family. I would recommend this place for the wonderful service, attention to detail and overall friendly staff!!

I've tried a lot of barbers on the Tri-cities, but I've settled to visit Legacy every time ever since I discovered Angel. He's courteous, professional and get my hair right every single time. I've been going to him almost two years now, and he has not disappointed me once. The shop itself is clean amd you can play pool to pass the time if you get there early.
Been going to legacy barber shop highlands for a year or so now, my barber is Angel. He’s super clean, professional with his work never had any issues about my cuts always satisfied with his work. Would really recommend him as a barber 10/10
