I don’t live locally but I make it a point to come and practice whenever I am in town. I am always greeted with a smile, the studio and locker rooms are clean, the instructors are thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable. I am so glad that this gem is here.

This is my happy place. I've practiced yoga here off & on since they opened in 2007(?) and I can't say enough about it. The owners are friendly and professional, teachers are all wonderful. The studio is always spotless. Their class schedule can accommodate most people so that they can attend at least a couple classes per week. About the yoga: it's hot! It's a lesson in patience and concentration. Anyone can do it. Anyone. It's 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, the same exact routine every time. The room is carpeted, no music, and well-lit. Just finished my first 3 months here (45 classes total). I've had 6 different instructors (4 are regulars - 2 guests from out of state) and they have all been amazing - extremely kind, helpful and encouraging! My first class I was so happy that I just survived the 90 minutes in the hot humid room - I laid down A LOT!!! I'm shocked at how much I have improved - so much stronger and more flexible. I can't wait to see what the next 3 months brings. If you are thinking about trying Hot Yoga --- DO IT! And do it HERE!!!
