Jennifer is so thoughtful and attentive! She pays so much attention to detail to ensure the very best experience. She is very knowledgeable and very gentle in her approach. Jennifer was absolutely lovely! She took a long time to sit and talk with me about all my options for a facial. I have some hyperpigmentation, old acne scarring and a little active acne. She didn't try to sell me on products or services. She just laid out my options. I ultimately settled on my first micro needling session. She let me know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. The process was practically painless. She also let me know what to expect after the procedure, and how many sessions it would theoretically take before I could expect to see significant results. Jennifer made me feel so relaxed and welcome I would happily trust her with my skin again.
