The people I've dealt with in this company have been very pleasant, but I cannot give them more than three stars in this review. I have had them in for a weekly cleaning service for several months now, but since they don't send the same two or three person crew every week, the quality of the service has been variable. We have seen several of the "lead" persons more than once, but we have rarely seen the same accompanying workers more than once or twice. Many of the accompanying workers also seem to be new to the company, and while they evidently have had some basic training in the company's procedures, I just wish the lead worker did not have to spend time showing the new-to-our-home workers our layout and requirements seemingly every time we have our weekly house cleaning. Sometimes they have done an excellent job, but other times they fall short: for example, sometimes they put in new trash can liners in every trash can, sometimes they miss several. Sometimes they do a good thorough dusting, sometimes they miss a few spots. If I or my wife point out something, they are usually diligent in taking care of what we've pointed out. But constantly having to do this management is what prevents me from giving the company a higher rating. For a cleaning service to earn a top rating in my eyes, once a crew has visited our home for several weeks, no guidance from myself or my wife should be necessary to get a good job. With the constant changes in crew members, such consistency has not been reached.
Ecomaids did a fantastic job on my first cleaning appointment. They communicated with me and answered all my questions prior. Their online estimates are very professional. Came home to a pristine home. I appreciated how thorough they were. Would highly recommend.
